Step 2: Payment Instructions
Due to Indiana Gaming Regulations, we can only accept the following methods of payment:
- Check- Mail or drop off check to Volunteer Center, 3401 Lake Ave., Suite 4, Fort Wayne IN 46805
- Debit Card- Call (260) 424-3505 to complete the transaction by phone OR stop by the Volunteer Center, 3401 Lake Ave., Suite 4, Fort Wayne IN 46805. The offices are located on Lake Avenue between Hobson and Coliseum.
- Payment must be received within one week of submission of ticket order form.
- Space is limited.
