We need your help!

A staggering 1 in 5 children in Allen County lives in poverty, with families working to make ends meet but unable to provide basic needs for their children.

Our purpose is simple: To provide a warm winter coat to every child in need in our county.

1. Donate a new or gently used winter weight coat at any of the following locations 

• Volunteer Center
• Peerless Cleaners
• Kroger Stores
• YMCA locations in Allen, Wells and Huntington counties 
• Sweetwater
• Steel Dynamics
• Darlington Holiday Warehouse
• Parkview Ortho Hospital  
• IBEW Union Hall (Local 305) 
• UAW Union Hall
• MacAllister Rentals
• Handel's Homemade Ice Cream (both locations)

2. Make a financial donation to help purchase new coats!

• $25 will provide a new winter coat, hat, scarf and mittens for a child.

If you are a parent in need of a coat for your child, please contact your school's guidance counselor to have them add a coat for your child to their order.  All coats are distributed through the local schools or social service agencies in our area.
